Council Meeting - 12/7/20

​The Walcott City Council Meeting was held December 7, 2020 at 7:30 pm via Zoom, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as posted on the Fire Hall door.
In attendance were Mayor Vining and council members Bennes, Brown, Oestreich and Rhodenbaugh.
November Minutes were read and approved by Rhodenbaugh, 2nd by Bennes. All approved, motion carried.
Various properties around town have been sold, including the Nordic Apartments. Vining continues to work with new residents to ensure they understand WSG payments.
All fire hydrants were checked and are working except for the one near Anderson’s shop.
There was a glitch in the new software for the lift station. AE2S came out and fixed the problem.
Brewzer’s liquor/beer license applications were reviewed by the council. Rhodenbaugh motioned to approve the liquor/beer license for January 1-December 31st 2021, 2nd by Oestreich. All approved, motion carried.
Water bills were discussed.

Bennes motioned to adjourn, Brown 2nd. All Approved, motion carried.
