Council Meeting - 1/7/19

​The Walcott City Council Meeting was held January 7, at 7:30 pm at the Walcott Fire Hall.
In attendance were Mayor Vining, council members Bennes, Brown, Rhodenbaugh. Also in attendance was Arnold Jordheim and Brian Bergantine with AE2S.
December Minutes were read and approved by Rhodenbaugh, 2nd by Bennes. All approved, motion carried.
New generator was purchased for the Fire Hall by the City due to grant requirements. A grant through FEMA will cover reimbursement to the City.
Brian Bergantine discussed the list of items to be completed by the city to move forward with the Sanitary Sewer Lift Station. First Reading of Resolution 1-2019 occurred. This resolution would authorize the filing of an application with the North Dakota Department of Health for a Loan under the Clean Water Act and/or Safe Drinking Water Act. Motion by Rhodenbaugh, second by Brown. All approved, motion carried.
Update was given regarding modifications being made to the City website.
Water bills were discussed.
Next Meeting February 4, 2019.
Rhodenbaugh motioned to adjourn, Brown 2nd. All Approved, motion carried.
